Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dentora ("the Service"), operated by Partnearn LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dentora is an AI-powered social media content generation tool designed for dental practices. The Service generates post designs, captions, and images using artificial intelligence. Generated content is intended as a starting point and should be reviewed before publishing.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Payment

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $47/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access to content generation features will be paused.

6. Third-Party API Keys

The Service requires you to provide your own Google Gemini API key. You are responsible for complying with Google's Terms of Service for the Gemini API. We do not store your API key in plain text and do not use it for any purpose other than generating content on your behalf.

7. Content Ownership

You own all content generated through the Service for your account. You grant us no rights to your generated content. AI-generated images and text may not be unique — similar content may be generated for other users.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate misleading medical claims, spam, or content that violates any laws. You are responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable advertising regulations for dental practices in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to inaccurate information, lost revenue, or regulatory violations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
