Refund Policy

7-Day Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 7-day free trial. During this period you have full access to the Service at no cost. No credit card is required to start the trial. You are never charged during the free trial.

Monthly Subscription

After the free trial, the Service costs $47/month billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard Billing page. When you cancel:

• You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your generated content remains accessible during the billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account is paused (not deleted)

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund:

1. Email support@dentora.com with your account email
2. Include the reason for your refund request
3. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable

Refunds are not available for:

• Charges older than 7 days from the first payment
• Renewal charges (cancel before renewal to avoid future charges)
• Partial month usage
