Account Information: Email address, password (hashed), and clinic name when you register.

Clinic Details: Phone number, booking link, services, logo URL, and brand preferences you provide in Settings.

API Keys: Your Google Gemini API key, stored encrypted in our database and used solely for content generation.

Generated Content: Topics, designs, captions, and images created through the Service.

Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Generate AI content branded to your clinic
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, billing)
  • Provide customer support

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. We do NOT use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Gemini API: For AI content and image generation (using your API key)
  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • Resend: For transactional emails
  • Vercel: For hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure authentication tokens (JWT). However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and generated content are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your generated content
  • Opt out of non-essential emails

7. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie (authentication token) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
